I made it through Day 2! I’m sipping my last juice of the day and feeling strangely satisfied and energized. I haven’t felt this way all day though. For most of the day I was tired, spacey and hungry. At one point in the middle of the day, I was quite nauseous (that was solved by drinking coconut water and then some juice).

WHAT I ATE:

16 oz Cran Pear Sweet Potato with smidge of Kale

16 oz Coconut Water

16 oz Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

16 oz Cran Pear Sweet Potato with smidge of Kale

12 oz Broth (Store bought with a shallot, lemon grass, ginger and black pepper strained out)

16 oz Cran Butternut Squash Orange Apple Kale
